How much does outdoor lighting cost?
It depends on the size of your property, how many fixtures you want, and the look you're going for. The best way to get an accurate number is a free on-site design visit. We'll walk your property, listen to what you want, and give you a clear quote the same day.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We come out to your home, look at the property at night, and design a custom lighting plan completely free. There's no obligation and no pressure.
How long does installation take?
Most installs take a day or two. Larger or more complex properties may take a bit longer, but we'll always let you know the timeline up front.
Are your lights energy efficient?
Yes. We install low voltage LED systems that use very little electricity and are built to last for years.
Will the lights hold up to shore weather and salt air?
Yes. We use weatherproof cast brass and aluminum fixtures built for shore weather, chosen to handle the salt air, humidity, and storms we get down the shore.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Ocean County and Monmouth County, New Jersey — from Toms River and Brick up through Middletown, Red Bank, and the shore towns.
Can I control the lights from my phone?
Yes. FX Luminaire's Luxor controller lets you run zones, dimming and color from a phone app. FX Luminaire is made by Hunter Industries, the same company behind the Hydrawise sprinkler controllers we install.
What warranty comes with the lights?
Alliance solid brass fixtures with a lifetime warranty on the fixture bodies and 10 years on the LEDs. FX Luminaire systems carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty. These are the manufacturers' warranties on the parts.
Do you do repairs or take over existing systems?
We do. If you have an existing low voltage system that needs repair, expansion, or a fixture upgrade, we can help with that too.
